This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
There is a marginal risk of severe storms across southern portions 
of Central Alabama on Sunday, mainly between noon and 8 PM. Main 
threats will be for isolated damaging winds and quarter size hail. 
Severe storms appear likely across Central Alabama on Monday
afternoon and evening. Potential threats include large hail, 
damaging winds, and tornadoes. The highest confidence threat is the
potential for large to very large hail.
Cooler air moving in behind the system will result in the potential
for lows at or below freezing across northern portions of Central 
Alabama Wednesday night.
Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed 
Sunday afternoon and evening and again Monday afternoon and evening.
