For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie
Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.00 inches over the area will 
shift to New England by Thursday morning. The high pressure will 
move off the New England coast on Thursday afternoon as low 
pressure over Mississippi Valley moves into the Ohio Valley. The 
low pressure will track into Ohio Thursday night and into western 
New York Friday morning.  High pressure will build over the lake 
late Friday night and early Saturday. A clipper system will track
near the lake late Saturday night and east of the area on Sunday.
On Monday high pressure will build over the lake.
