daybreak. Waves 3 to 5 feet. 
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast wind 20 to 25 knots. Gusts up to 35 knots
increasing to 40 knots in the late morning and early afternoon,
then decreasing to 35 knots late in the afternoon. Rain showers
in the morning, then rain likely and slight chance of
thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 5 to 8 feet. Waves
occasionally to 11 feet. A gale warning may be needed. 
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast wind 15 to 20 knots with gusts to
around 30 knots easing to 5 to 10 knots after midnight. Rain
showers likely. Waves 5 to 8 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet after
