A storm system moved across southern Missouri and northern
Arkansas during the day on Monday. This brought partly to mostly
cloudy skies and gusty northeasterly winds of 15 to 25 MPH to 
eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and northeast Missouri. High 
temperatures this afternoon ranged from 27 degrees at Freeport and
Monticello to 37 degrees at Fort Madison and Burlington. 
This storm system will exit into eastern Tennessee and Kentucky 
Monday night into Tuesday morning. Northeasterly winds will 
diminish to 10 to 20 MPH after midnight as this storm system moves
eastward. Skies will be overcast overnight with low temperatures 
ranging from the mid 20s along the Highway 20 corridor to the 
lower 30s in northeast Missouri and west central Illinois.
