.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Higher pres will remain over the NE Pac. A low along the B.C. 
coast will be over the Washington coastal waters this evening,
then along the Oregon coastal waters later tonight before moving
onshore around Newport by sunrise Thu. Another low and 
associated front will move S into the waters on Friday and 
Friday night, with another disturbance moving through Sat. Gale 
force winds are likely late tonight in the outer waters. Small 
Craft Advisory winds are possible Fri and Sat.
