This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...
No hazardous weather is expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...
A cold front will move into the Arklatex region, stalling near the
Interstate 30 corridor late Saturday. This cold front will act as
a focus for thunderstorms, a few of which may be strong to severe.
Another chance for thunderstorms will come on Tuesday and 
Wednesday, but details regarding the timing and severity of these 
thunderstorms remains uncertain at this time.
Activation of emergency management personnel...amateur radio
operators...and storm spotters will not be needed.
