.DISCUSSION...Low clouds will linger through morning over
parts of northeastern Wyoming and much  of the western South Dakota
plains. A weak system will bring a chance of light snow parts of
northeastern Wyoming and far western South Dakota tonight. 
A fast moving weather system will bring a chance of snow to
most of the area on Monday and Monday night, along with windy 
conditions. Unsettled weather is forecast though much of next 
week.
