.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the waters today will
weaken tonight. The ridge will then rebuild over the area Wed and
persist through Sat night before weakening Sun and Sun night. A
low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will expand N along
the Washington coast Wed and then weaken Thu. A cold front will
approach from the W Sun night.
