.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along the Washington and Oregon
coasts will gradually weaken today into Fri night. A weak low
pressure area will form just SW of the Oregon waters Wed night,
remain nearly stationary Thu and Thu night, before moving NE and
dissipating over the southern waters Fri. Another weak low will
form over the northern Washington waters Thu night before
dissipating N of the area Fri. A cold front will move SE across
the waters Sat and Sat night, while another low pressure trough
forms near Vancouver Island.
