.Synopsis... Ridge of high pressure will strengthen to the north
through the first half of the week. The ridge will weaken through the
second half of the week as low pressure passes far to the north and
drags a weakening front over the northwest waters.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-
.TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 
to 7 feet. Mixed swell northwest 6 to 8 feet and east 5 to 6 feet.
Scattered to numerous showers, especially windward Big Island 
waters. 
.TUESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to
8 feet. Mixed swell northwest 5 feet and east 5 to 6 feet. Haze.
Scattered showers. 
.WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 knots around
Kauai, east 15 to 25 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet. 
Mixed swell northwest 4 feet and east 5 to 6 feet. Haze. Scattered
