.SYNOPSIS...A 1002 mb low 250 NM northwest of Wrangel Island will
continue to move northwest tonight and Sunday. High pressure over
the  Chukotsk Peninsula of Russia will persist and build east
over the Bering Strait through Sunday. A 960 mb low will move
north over the central Aleutians and into the Southern Bering Sea
on Monday.
