.SYNOPSIS...A 991 mb low moving North through the Chukchi Sea
will reach  Wrangel Island late Tuesday. A 972 mb North Pacific
low will track north, reaching Kodiak Island late Tuesday before
dissipating  inland over Southwestern AK. A 980 mb low will enter
the Western  Bering Sea early Wednesday, but will stagnate and
weaken as a  ridge of Siberian high pressure blocks the central
Bering Sea.
