.SYNOPSIS...A weak 1000 mb low will dissipate north of Mackenzie
Bay as a 991 mb low pushes North through the Chukchi Sea,
reaching Wrangel  Island late Tuesday. A weak trough will form
near the coast of  Point Lay late Wednesday with a polar high
maintaining control  over the Beaufort Sea Coast.
